MUSIC IN THE WOODS IS BACK!
After the impact of Hurricane Helene, rebuilding the amphitheater has truly been a community effort. Ranger Shawn, along with the Friends group, volunteers, and park staff, has worked hard to bring the stage back to life.
It’s been a long road, and we’re so excited to welcome the community back for another season of Music in the Woods. Join us on Saturday afternoons in September and October for laid-back afternoons filled with great music, fresh air, and time spent together in a beautiful outdoor setting.

PARIS MOUNTAIN'S STORY
Paris Mountain State Park dates back to the Great Depression, when it was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps. That history still shows in the preserved stone and timber around the renovated Park Center, which now features exhibits and a classroom focused on the park’s ecology.
Today, the park is a year-round destination in Greenville, South Carolina for hikers, bikers, and campers. Campgrounds include paved sites, tent pads, and trailside spots along the North Lake Trail Loop.
Whether you’re visiting from out of town or just need a quick escape, Paris Mountain offers an easy way to spend a weekend outdoors.
